In 2006 the woods, farms and fields of the Quiet Corner lured my wife Terri and me from North Kingstown RI. Soon after moving to Pomfret, I met a local forester and was inspired to join the Eastern CT Forest Land Owners Association and Wolf Den Land Trust (ECFLA/WDLT) board of directors. I served as the ECFLA/WDLT president for 8 years. During that time I accumulated a wealth of knowledge about our local forests, woodlands and wildlife. This information is put to use when my clients are selling or buying large acreage properties or are seeking advice on how to preserve their land using conservation easements or manage the land for wildlife habitat or personal income.
Over the years we have enjoyed growing food in the garden, bee keeping, the never ending challenge of wood cutting, splitting and heating the house with wood and the most fun, tapping 50 of our Sugar Maples. There is nothing like sugaring in CT and making gallons of sweet delicious Maple Syrup.
With over 25+ years of professional real estate experience under my belt, I've helped my clients succesfully navigate just about every situation. Like red hot sellers markets where houses sold in hours, buyers markets where homes were for sale over 6 months before going under contract and of course the 2008 housing crises and Covid 19.
I understand that a decision to buy, sell, or relocate is often influenced by deeply personal family circumstances. Whether driven by opportunity, change, or necessity, every situation deserves professionalism, discretion, and respect. Any conversations or inquiries you have with me will remain strictly confidential. Please feel free to reach out with confidence, regardless of your circumstances. Having helped hundreds of individuals and families over the years, I would be honored to help you achieve your real estate goals as well.
Feel free to call or email with any questions you may have.
